Members of the Di Martino family have owned & run the factory since 1912, so a passion for pasta has always been interwoven with their family history. Their ability to mix the traditional technology along with the selection of raw materials is the secret to the high quality of their pasta. Short, slightly curved cut (hence the name: spirals), also known as “tortiglioni” in northern Italy. A creative shape – mouth-watering just to look at – perfect for vegetable, aromatic herb or meat based sauces. Cook these in the Neapolitan Style: Elicoidali with aubergines, mussels and smoked provola.
