2018 "L'AUREATE" Skin contacted White Wine Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle, Trousseau Gris, Palomino. 13.2% Alcohol, 750ml

The Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Dry Creek Valley appellation, growing in the rocky soils on the banks of the namesake Dry Creek. The Muscadelle, Trousseau Gris, and Palomino come from the 1890 Block, planted by Darek's great Grandfather and farmed Biodynamically today by Darek.

These grapes were stomped with 100% whole cluster and allowed to soak for 48 hours of skin contact. Wild Fermentation occurs naturally. Then two years in neutral barrels, sur lie the entire time - never racked. The wines are blended at bottling, unfined/unfiltered, with SO2 below 30ppm.
