FAQs

When will I get charged?

You will be billed at midnight on the 15th.  Wine pickup goes from the 15th-last day of the month.

What if I’m out of town and miss a pickup?

Don’t fret.  Your wine is safe! You can pickup your backlog when you come to pick up. We can’t guarantee you will have all 5 of previous months wine to choose from, but we will have you covered.

What if I want to skip or cancel?  

Please contact the shop to cancel or skip.  We ask that you do not skip more than 2x a year.

Why a waitlist?

We have lots of demand for wine club but not lots of storage.  We are striving to get everyone off the waitlist, we appreciate your patience!
